Business Challenge:

Cool Boys Shoes is a brand new online retailer of children’s shoes and clothes. Originally selling only shoes, Cool Boys Shoes wanted to create a robust ecommerce shop which reflected their image they had carefully crafted.

Cool Boys Shoes doesn’t have any internal web development staff, it was therefore crucial that the site, customers, orders placed and payments could be reviewed and managed with ease.

As a new brand, Cool Boys Shoes wanted to make a splash in the market and quickly attract the attention of their target audience.

The business formed with a small number of staff that needed to stay efficient, they needed to manage orders, payments, packing and postage without wasting any time.

Cool Boys Shoes needed a solution that would deliver:

The site is managed by Cool Boys Shoes, all products and prices are managed via the powerful ClickHQ business management software. Cool Boys Shoes even have the facility to set different tariffs for individual customers, allowing other retailers to log in and automatically see wholesale prices.

Click Innovation began to promote Cool Boys Shoes online months before the shop officially launched. At the point the site went live Cool Boys Shoes out-ranked Clarks, Amazon, Start-rite and many other household names for popular search terms such as ‘Boys Shoes’ or ‘Boys Boots’. This gave Cool Boys Shoes the market impact they wanted.

The seamless link between ClickHQ and the live web shop give Cool Boys Shoes up-to-date user and order information. Cool Boys Shoes can see live shopping baskets, user statistics, product analytics, payments and much more all from one central business management system.
