Business Challenge:

eRecruit are a flat-fee recruitment agency, they specialise in using web based media to promote job positions. They handle hundreds on CVs every day which need to be stored and handled efficiently.

eRecruit rely on a team of telesales staff to generate new business, they work from an extremely large contact list of hundreds of thousands of contacts along with any referrals and other leads they receive. To remain efficient the telesales team need to be able to contact as many prospects as possible each day, logging each call and future actions so that they are well-informed the next time they or a colleague communicate with the prospect.

Any sales opportunities identified by the sales team needed to be identified so that the management team can report on the success of their telemarketing and individual sales staff.

eRecruit also wanted to begin utilising email marketing and combining this with their telesales effort in an efficient manner.

eRecruit needed a solution that would:

  • Allow them to import, store and manage the details of hundreds of thousands or more contacts
  • Automatically log email communications against the relevant contacts
  • Allow their telesales team to quickly and efficiently call and log details against individual contacts
  • Help keep track of and maximise sales opportunities
  • Provide sales pipeline reports to the management team
  • Allow eRecruit to send traceable email marketing messages and utilise the data as part of their wider sales effort

Our Solution:

ClickHQ allows eRecruit to all work together in real time. As soon as one telesales representative communicates with a prospect, the details of the call are available for management and colleagues to see. As ClickHQ can be accessed from any internet connected PC, management can view progress from home or any location in the world.

ClickHQ allows eRecruit to import large numbers of contacts and organise them in a contact hierarchy. These contacts are instantly available to telesales staff and become a permanent record for each contact.

eRecruit have worked with Click Innovation to tailor the way ClickHQ handles contacts and communication to ensure their telesales effort is as simple and efficient as possible.

eRecruit store any prospective orders in ClickHQ, they can be quickly constructed from the eRecruit product catalogue and instantly generate a PDF quote for delivery to the customer. The quote can be printed or delivered via email, eRecruit are informed when the emailed quote has been read by the prospect.

ClickHQ can email out template sales emails to individuals or marketing emails to thousands of contacts at once. In either case, ClickHQ will report which contacts have read and clicked any links in the emails that have been sent. This allows telesales staff to target their effort on the contacts that appear most interested.

Click Innovation have helped eRecruit build their business processes in to ClickHQ, allowing them to track the process of each prospective sale in a graphical form, this information can then be used generate to-do lists and reports.
